We are privately owned printing business that has been supplying offset, digital, signage, mailing, creative services, promotional products & marketing solutions for over 28 years.
We are seeking a committed professional that is passionate about customer service, to become the first point of contact for clients and undertake the following duties:-
- Determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare, deliver, follow up quotes
- Manage existing accounts
- Assist in the maintenance of our customer management system
- Provide input to business marketing initiatives
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
- Proven experience in Printing / Signage / Marketing
- An articulate telephone manner and outstanding verbal communication skills
- The ability to think outside the square and have good business acumen
- Persistence, reliability and persuasiveness, good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good business relationships
- Drive and self-motivation with the desire and determination to succeed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to get ‘hands on’
Package negotiable depending on level of experience.
